Most oven doors in Chinese coking plants are equipped with mechanical cleaning device, it may causes mechanical damages and leads to leakages.
To prevent mechanical damages causing leakages the sealing edge and the gas channel with be cleaned using a high-pressure water system. The high pressure water-system consists of several groups of nozzle units arranged in zones to maintain short cycle times. The nozzles used are of rotating type capable to clean a wide area at a minimum use of cleaning water. Cleaning water is stored in a storage tank capable to serve the washer for a certain number of cleaning cycles. Filling of the storage tank will be done at the refill station.
