C&G supply various standard and non-standard mechanical equipments to its clients as per requirement. Until today, C&G has established long-term cooperation with many Chinese domestic manufacturers for the supply of various equipments and components. Rely on these manufacturing bases, C&G’s supply capability is greatly enhanced, the supply covers from large-scale coke oven complete equipment to metallurgical equipment; from machining, welding, casting to inspection, assembly, commissioning till shipping. C&G will follow continuously its clients’ requirement to management and supply.
 
Refer to processing with supplied drawings, C&G will strictly and carefully translate drawings, technical documents and applicable standards provided by the clients before fabrication. Meanwhile, C&G formulate related management documents and follow each step of fabrication to ensure the product quality and agreed delivery period. C&G’s supply is controlled under comprehensive project management and quality supervision.

The flow of C&G’s project management is as follow:
1.      Translate documents provided by clients;
2.      Make quality control and equipment supervision plan as per clients’ requirement;
3.      Fabricate contract goods as per drawing and technical specification;
4.      Monitor the sub-suppliers’ execution condition of fabrication schedule and quality control;
5.      Check the product quality as per Quality Control Plan, point out the quality problem and supervise the modification, submit related records to client;
6.      Keep continuous contact with client; submit progress report at regular intervals.  
7.      Arrange witness inspection (Prototype, interim, final etc.)
8.      Execute other quality management work and equipment inspection work required by client.
9.      Pack as per requirement and confirm packing condition with client before delivery;
10.    Book vessels, book space, custom clearance, commodity inspections etc.
